Personal Motivations to Exercise:
After experiencing the phenomenal benefits exercise has given me personally over the past 16 yrs, I honestly couldn't imagine my life without it. After a workout, I feel refreshed, full of energy and relieved of stress. Exercise not only makes me feel great, it's a necessity to keeping my cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight healthy. Exercise ultimately fuels my mind and body with the strength necessary to living a longer, healthier life, than otherwise possible.

Personal motivations to exercise:
Throughout middle school and high school I struggled with weight loss. During this time I was overweight, obsessed with the number on the scale with little self control over my diet and exercise. At the age of 17, I began my fitness journey. Adopting proper nutritional habits and a regular resistance training program was the exact balance I needed to effectively lose weight and continue a healthy lifestyle. As a result I am addicted to fitness, teaching others how to create a balance of diet and exercise to reach their own fitness goals just as I have done. Exercise is my passion, which I demonstrate in my personal and professional life as a sponsored athlete, an NPC competitor and a personal trainer.
How I motivate clients to exercise:
Fitness is not about hating your body. In order to reach your goals, you need to have a positive attitude and a commitment to being healthy for yourself. Being healthy is a journey, and the more one struggles to love themselves in the process the more difficult the journey will be. My job is to teach my clients to understand the process to becoming healthy and push them to their limits because I understand how rewarding it will be once a client has reach his or her personal fitness goal.
