Personal Motivations to Exercise:
After experiencing the phenomenal benefits exercise has given me personally over the past 16 yrs, I honestly couldn't imagine my life without it. After a workout, I feel refreshed, full of energy and relieved of stress. Exercise not makes me feel great, it's a necessity to keeping my cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight healthy. Exercise ultimately fuels my mind and body with the strength necessary to living a longer, healthier life, than otherwise possible.


How I Motivate My Clients to Exercise:
My purpose and #1 priority is for you to not only reach your fitness goals, but to surpass them. I take great pride in the training I provide you, and take your personal goals and needs very seriously. Together, we will dedicate our time to working hard and achieving each and every one of your goals. My sole purpose is to not only motivate you, but to instill the passion for achieving and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, forever.

Personal Motivations to Exercise: 
At age 15, I was introduced to weight training and loved it! It's been a major part of my life ever since. Staying active contributes to my health and happiness, by keeping me grounded, balanced and stress-free (keeping mind, body and soul in sync)..I've always had a passion for competitive sports and played one of the following since kindergarten (soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, etc.). I always feel my best when I'm active and “pushing the limit”/exceeding my own expectations. My most recent example: prepping and competing in a Figure Competition. This process allowed me to gain that personal connection,as to what it takes both physically and mentally, to obtain a competitive level physique. 

How I Motivate My Clients to Exercise: 
My personal goal is to make a real difference in someone else's life and help them exceed their own expectations; setting goals, then going above and beyond them. My ultimate purpose is to provide you the inspiration to seek my help, so we can then build a road map together, for not only achieving your goals, but sustaining those results with or without me for the long haul! I will push you through your own limits/plateaus, by customizing a program just for you! Throughout our time together I will educate, motivate and give you all the tools necessary for you to continue pursuing a healthy, happy, active lifestyle forever! Too often we set ourselves aside, slowly losing our health, energy and confidence...creating more stress, getting more tired and losing faith in one's self. Not anymore!
